They make an interesting point about businesses which are not offering a holistic shopping experience, given the changes to way we shop now in times of pandemic lockdowns and working from home.

Your challenge is to get your site mobile-friendly (not just desktop friendly), understand your customers’ buying habits, and then find the balance between the channels, and see them as interchangeable.
